Favorite membership benefit: Group classes.
Typical workout routine: Currently strength training three days a week in addition to a mix of circuit training or body weight training on alternating days. Also, aerobics in the form of dancing (ballroom) one or two nights a week for a couple of hours.
Current health goal: Stay active and eat healthy!
Biggest motivator: Bikini season and the encouragement of friends met through this program.
