“What’s the line between indulging and over-indulging?”

During the holiday season especially, between parties and special seasonal treats, there’s no doubt we’re all feeling encouraged to indulge. And, even us dietitians say yes to indulging—on occasion and in moderation.

We recommend checking in with your mindset. Being aware of our thought patterns can provide helpful clues when we find ourselves in a to-eat-or-not-to-eat-this dilemma.
